  • Interferes, obstructs, or interrupts with the lawful enjoyment, operation, or use of the property.
  • Interrupts, interferes, or obstructs with any person or agent responsible for the property in the lawful operation, use, or enjoyment of the property.

An agent is a person, who has been entrusted with the care of the property by the property owner.
